EARLY LEARNING CURRICULUM
Although it may seem like fun and games to toddlers and preschoolers, the curriculum we follow is packed with educational elements. Games and activities abound that teach pre-reading skills and letter and sound recognition; basic math concepts; and hands-on science exploration.
Our children are offered a variety of opportunities to explore their world through play. We know that young children learn best with age appropriate materials, activities, and environments. Gross motor skills and social skills are developed through both structured and unstructured play. Language development and pre-literacy skills are a
large focus of our program through continuous verbal interactions and story times. Physical development is fostered through outdoor and indoor free play and planned activity. Manipulative's and puzzles are utilized for fine motor development through play. Music is played throughout the day for relaxation, movement, and brain development.
Learning centers that are available daily to children are:

Hot balanced and nutritious meals are provided. We serve breakfast, lunch and snack.
We have an open door policy and encourage parental involvement.
Children should be dressed for the day's activities when they arrive. We require a complete change of clothes be kept at our facility in case of spills or accidents. All clothes and other items sent to school should be labeled with your child's name in a gallon size zip lock bag. Shoes should be Velcro, button or snap. No open toe / back or tie shoes.
Classes are kept to a low student-teacher ratio and often fill up quickly. Your spot will be reserved upon payment of the registration. Parents will need to provide an individual rest mat, a box of Kleenex, and a box of we wipes for each child upon registration.
